Airbender Tatoo Skin?

I'm a big Avatar the Last Airbender and Sim fan, but I've never been able to fine a skin or anything with the airbender arrow tattoos...
would anyone be able to do this for me? I'm in no hurry, I've just been really wanting it. ^^;

I've also seen references to one made by Nova L (at MTS, made the transformers sims) but haven't been able to track that one down.
