Here is that particular outfit. However, the mesh required for it to work with your game is not available. Several comments have been requesting the creator to post the mesh, but they have not responded. Sorry 

I also found a variety of urban clothing at MTS here. Free registration required. Good Luck

From what I've seen of the site mentioned by acetronaunthreethousand, though, those meshes were from SAU and those ARE available at the site they work for. Just sayin that if those are the meshes needed, then that outfit will work.
