The mesh is the default formal from the base game. As long as you have the base game, it works.

Information about the mesh (where it can be found, if it's based on an base game item so no mesh is needed, etc), is always good information to put in your first post. You might be surprised at the number of people who wouldn't be sure and decide to not download something instead of asking.
