protesting hack

It's rare to see Sims protesting at city hall and I was wondering if there was a way to get Sims to protest whenever you wanted them to. I'd think it be a great hack for storytelling. If someone can make a hack that allows you to just click on city hall and protest for or against whatever, please make it if possible. Orif anyone knows how to make sims protest via cheats let me know, k thanks

I use a script mod called "The Debug Enabler" by Twallan at ts3.tscexchange.com that when you click on the town hall, click the debug enabler and find the "start protest". Click on that and sims come and start protesting. Twallan's section on that site is called NRaas Industries.
