Sita, if you go to SimsCave (free registration required), you'll find it there. It's in this thread. A few outfits use that mesh, but I know, for sure, you can find it in Vintage Bell Bottoms for Men (which is packed into SC Clothes 3). Or, you can get it from the booty, here.
