I absolutely love aikea's half height wall overlay mesh! Here is a set of overlays from Left4Dead, consisting mostly of signs. This does not include the graffiti seen in safe rooms, since that will be a set all its own. But nonetheless, it may be useful to many people in their decorating.


My favorite are the X-rays and health posters.
