Help please

Pixilated demon:
So I was trying to download  custom content and when I unzipped it, it would say my computer could no identify the file D8
I used winzip and winrar
but I got the same results for quite a few different ones I tried
help anyone?

Did you try to open the .package file after unzipping it? In that case the computer won't recognize it. You have to put it in your downloads folder. The only program you can actually open the .package files in, is SimPE. 

First open the zip/rar file with winrar/winzip. Then mark the files inside, and move them to your downloads folder.

If that's not the problem, then I think you have to explain closer...
