Okay, I have a lot more updates :)
First, at my website the two Moderator positions have been filled.
Second, we are still looking for CREATORS.
The following requirements to be a CREATOR are simple:
1. Basic knowledge of SimPE
2. Can recolor CC in Photoshop or Paintshop Pro.

My apologies for the misrepresentation of colors in the color palette. I accidentally used the Bitmap image for extracting the colors. Here's some examples of how the colors really look.
The previously shown were a sample of my own textures & colors. The ones about to be shown can be merely accomplished by messing with saturation and contrast:
