so I guess there is no mod that do this for The Sims 3 including the expansions with lastest patch installed.

Have you tried searching on other sites (MTS2 and MATY, to name a couple)?

well I did search MTS for the Sims 3 and did found it but crash my game its not compatible with my game version for all expansions or my mod installed.
