Help with figuring out Bipsoulle's policies?

I am trying to figure out Bipsoulle's policies, because I was hoping to modify a mesh of hers, but I don't know if it is allowed.

I have tried contacting them, all to no avail. So if someone could help me out, it would be most appreciated.

To me it sounds as if she's OK with altering meshes or recoloring as long as the items are kept free.
I'd include a link to the original item just in case, if i were you.
