[TS2] NPC worker : Clothes controller

Hi,

I would like to assign locally the clothes of all NPC job in community lot and residential lot like we can assign an uniform to the employees in a business lot.

For example :

- In a McDonald's restaurant, the NPC should wear McDonald's clothes instead of the default NPC clothes just in this community lot.
- In the downtown neighborhood, the paperboy should wear clothes different of the one from the main neighborhood.

On an owned lot, your Sim can assign the worker's clothing.  You could just buy a lot, assign the clothing, and sell the lot to a Townie.

Unfortunately, it's the same paperboy (big route, lol), so you're stuck with the same clothes.
