...fire extinguishers ?

  :(  i'm hoping someone can tell me where the fire extinguishers are located. my guy made it to level 7, but the only thing in his inventory is his fire fighters coat.   :(

As far as I know they always have one even if it's not in the inventory. I can click on my guy and there will be the option to "Upgrade Fire Extingusher" but yet nothing in the inventory.
