Ok the last several pregnancies ive had in my game, the sim goes into labor and gets stuck there. She just keeps going and going yelling in pain lol. Now I know this is realistic but baby just doesnt come. I have a few mods, but pregnancies were working fine, havent added anything new for this to happen. I have the sim blender ( which Ive had in my game forever) and I have the hospital ep from BAS but both have been tested with pregancies and worked fine before...I even tried to suspend or terminate the pregnancy to try and stop it and nothing works. If anyone has any ideas please help...my poor women of Pleasantville are not going to be able to have babies anymore lol.

Without seeing it myself it's actually hard to guess a solution. But, I do remember playing sims2 on my oldest pc and the labor would lag due to the game trying to load the next phase of giving you the baby.  One pregnancy took 5 minutes before it dropped a baby into her arms.  Same with when a pet would come home from work, major waiting for the game to catch up.  Strays on my lot alone would even slow my game.

Mod conflicts can exist in your game without causing any apparent errors until, one day, they just decide to go "Hey, I'm here!"

I would try taking all your mods out and see if that fixes it.

Yeah Im pretty sure it has to be a mod conflict of some sort. When it comes to the point where the baby should come...the sime does the little glitch jump and then the labor starts again. Does anyone remember where I can find the mod conflicter program, I know I use to have one, or maybe it was called an "organizer"?

I think you're talking about the HCDU (hack conflict detection utility). It's under Sims 2>Programs.
