I can't seem to find any traps to disarm what am I missing?

Trapped in a basement are we? Buwahahahaha!

Have you checked all the walls and/or the lights for a hidden switch? Tried sleeping in the bed(s)? Any tombstones/urns to mourn? Some of the hidden triggers/switches are a bit odd. Beyond that, I haven't had a chance to play much of Egypt yet.

...and watch out for the rats. They'll eat your chunky ass alive, Dork. :P

lol ,Yes I have I tried using everything. I used the sands of understanding and it highlighted a pushable statue but I moved it all over the place & nothing happened.

Jenna:
Is build/buy mode active for you? Maybe you have to move something out of the way to reveal a trigger for the statue.
