changing time?

hi, im sorry if this is a stupid question, but i cant find any way to change the time, no cheat ..no mod...

is there really nothing that can change time?

and can people stay longer than 12 PM as guests ?

Anyways, I know there is a cheat code for changing time in sims 2 (sethour [0-23]), so it's possible there is a similar cheat for sims 3, too. Not that I know of it if there exists one, though... Have you checked around yet? Could be some mod at MTS, for instance.
