Game crash buying Cellphone

I have up to Apartment Life, but not OFB installed.  When I try to purchase a cellphone the game crashes. I removed my downloads folder, but that didn't help.  Any ideas?

Do you have any cell phone replacements in your Downloads folder, or a hack that has to do with cell phones?

No. I removed all my downloads to check and it still happened.  I tried to buy a cellphone in one of the Downtown shops and every time the game crashes.  I looked at the error codes and got these two.
