Eichler Home Request

Hey everyone. As a huge Eichler fan I have always wanted to see one in Sims 2 form. I have searched quite a bit on the different Sims sites, but I have yet to find one. I would think it would fairly easy to create. What I'm looking for is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage (or carport) with a backyard large enough for a pool, hot tub and outdoor grill area. I've included a few links to Eichler sites to give you some inspiration. Thanks in advance!!  :D
