Can someone help me make a mesh?

I am trying to create a headpiece that would go over the head, such as the Childlike Empress wears in the never ending story. I don't know how to upload pictures with this thread, otherwise, I would supply a photo. I have the front and the back of the crown, but cant seem to get the placement to fit right on the child's head.  Thank you to whoever can help me.

Upload them to a picture hosting site such as Photobucket or Tinypic, then paste the BB code they provide into your post. It's a pretty simple. It'll look something like this:
