WCIF: Community Lots - No EP needed?

Can someone PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE help me find a gym and a bar/ nightclub community  lot for the basic sims 2? PLEASE!

Troll around on MTS and in our Community Lots section; I think there's some there that can be used with just the base game -- although a bar/nightclub wouldn't be of much use functionality-wise, since almost all the normal activities for one would require Nightlife.

If I had more time, I'd take a look for you. Hopefully, others will be able to help you as well. In the mean time, go abuse the hell out of the 'Search' feature.

You can also use Clean Installer (sorry, don't have the link on this puter) to install other lots.  Try them in an empty 'hood first to make sure they don't rely on items or textures from a later EP.
