Hey there I just have a quick question...

Okay so I recently went in game and I play in one of my families like normal and I wanted to change one of the sim looks so I did and when I was done the hole face and part of the neck was gone?!?! Headwall

So what should I do? Does anybody kown a quick fix... If anybody does then please let me kown ASASP

I don't know if this may be the problem, but I have had a few experiences where my own Sims have changed their look and due to not having the mesh downloaded properly, I have had missing hair, faces, or even sometimes mostly nothing from the neck up.

You think you may have a mesh or two missing, possibly? If so, I would suggest trying to track down the custom content and re-downloading it into your game.
