resetting sim

How do you reset a sim if something has gone wrong with them as I was advised to do this on another website because marina prettle's skills are not going up who is now engaged to my sim & live with each other so I can control her to..

I think it was "resetsim firstname lastname" (Without " marks of course)? So for Marina Prettle write "resetsim Marina Prettle" to code bar.  :)

I have done this but she is still unable to learn charisma, all instrument skills & mixology, writing, logic
