Long male hair with fringe over right eye

Dullahan:
There is a game character named Jack Crowley from Fullmetal Alchemist: Curse of the Crimson Elixir that I wanted to make, but I can't seem to find hair that looks close enough to his. So, I was wondering if anyone here could make it?  :D
He has long white hair with a long fringe over his right eye.
If these images aren't good enough, I could try getting new ones.

The Sims Resource has the fringe in front, but the back is shorter.
