I was wondering if there is somewhere I can get white lilies for decoration (like in a vase preferably thin) and for my garden?

Also:

I was wondering if someone could direct me to a place where I can get Italian and Victorian type items? (furnishings, paintings, garden stuff, etc.)

You can, find some victorian stuff on mod the sims. Registration there might be requiered in order to download if you are not a member there ;)
