I can try and build this house for you, but i have a lot of request to fufill before getting to yours and other. Projects to complete first and what ep or stuffpack do you own as well?

Your welcome just another question do you mind, having cc in your lot or maxi recolors?  And would you like some outdoor stuff for little sims as well.

I wouldn't mind. Whatever you would like to use to build or decorate the house and lot you feel free, and outdoor stuff for little sims would be lovely.
