Mesh that makes sims look one-armed

So, I have been wanting to make a sim from One Piece, which is Red-Haired Shanks. I was wondering if it would be possible to make a mesh that makes a sim appear to have one arm. If this is possible, I would be very greatful if someone would make it for me! I have attached pictures of Shanks just to give you an idea...

I'm no mesher, and often sloppy recolorer, but I found something like that at MTS:http://www.modthesims.info/d/231080 it's not exactly 'armless' but definitely handless.

I can make the mesh for you, but there are some things out of my control. Although he'll look armless, he won't actually be without his left arm. You'll still be able to put accessories on it and animations that requires the left hand will be weird. If that's okay for you.

And I think he'll need a whole new wardrobe, don't you think? I personally don't want his arm growing back when he changes his clothes or takes a shower.
