Big problem with Sims 3 Late Night

Hello!My problem with TS3 Late Night is that I cant't make my sims popular anymore.No matter how manu friends they make,they don't get any stars(those which show how popular they are).Before I could make them famous with five stars.I deinstalled the game and then I installed it again,but nothing happend...
Can you help me,please?  :(
