 I've downloaded and created a few (... more than a few if I'm honest Tongue) custom sims lately and have noticed when I enter the game to CAS my simbin has lost its marbles. The preview-picture for sims have switched themselves about, showing the wrong sim and in some cases even the opposite-gender (and not of that particular sim, but of other custom sims i have)
Is there any way to refresh my simbin to show the correct sims, or am I stuck to clicking through EVERY sim til I find the one I want?

Go into your Documents>EA Games folder and delete the contents of your thumbnails folder (not the entire folder, just the contents). The game will refresh the thumbnails for you.

You can also shift-click on the pictures ingame to refresh them. If you delete the thumbnail files the game has to refresh all thumbnails, which might be a bit memory-demanding (depends on whether or not you have a lot of CC)

@caffeinated.joy
-- That worked, thanks Cheesy I only removed the one for the CAS and it seemed to do the trick ^^ Was a wee bit afraid to try it, but did and worked fantastically. And oddly, my computer ran it (the game) slightly faster - maybe the borked pictures was doing something odd to the game...

theraven, I tried that (before attempting caffeinated.joy's idea) hoping I wouldn't potentially kill my game fiddlng with stuff, but my computer refused to let it work.
Thanks for both the ideas, guys!
