Infant; has huge eyes?

My sim had a baby, and for some reason, looks a little like an alien baby. Huuuge eyes, and I can't remember how I fixed it. It's weird looking, anyone know of a fix? :/ I've had the problem before but it was so long ago I've forgotten how to fix it

If the baby don't have any alien genes (human genes as far as the eye can see), then it might be a face default, if you have face replacements. Or maybe the MATY hack that enables the alien face.

I'm not sure if it's possible to fix it when the baby is a baby (could cause bugginess) - but face surgery at toddler age might work. SimBlender has the option, at least.
