Newsea hair that I can't seem to find/download. Please help

Did you try contacting newsea on tsr or via email to see if she still has the file avalable? because you can also ask new sea if she would convert it for you for the sims3 if she has the file.

Wrong answer, it's not there because it doesn't exist for TS3, you should read the question before posting useless answer.
Wrong attitude! You should practice better manners instead of snarling ungratefully and posting your own useless snarkiness at people who are only trying to help.
You should also practice what you preach and read the replies before answering, because G-Knee didn't claim the hair was there, only that all of Newsea's Sims 3 hairs was there.
