Can the Sims have Alien Babies

Can the Sim have Alien Babies in Sims 3 like it was in Sims 2?

I don't think so. I've never seen it happening, at least.

There are no actual aliens in Sims 3.
There is however a green skin tone, along with a blue and red, that one could use to make their own aliens for the neighborhood.

There are also custom skin tones out there that look more 'alien' like.
