Problem with HBB ???

why everytime i dress my HBB sims cho underwear and swimwear, they shoulders gone flat and pointy
they're normal when naked and i have all the correct meshs . can anyone help me

I ran into that problem before the fix that worked for me was as simple as changing the display settings in game to a higher resolution.
