Could anyone make me a Syd Barrett sim?

Hi there.
I've tired for such a long time to make a sim that looks like Syd, but I never succeed. I'd really appreciate if someone could help me to sim him, because I think he's gorgeous and I really want him in my game. I think he could be fun to sim if you have a little patience, but i ran ut of that long ago. :rolleyes:
