Howdy y'all.
I was wondering if anyone knew how to make/recolour paintings? Not the kind the Sims paint, but the ones you buy?
I'm building a department store, and would love some signage. If anyone knows how, please let me know.
I don't know if I can recolour things, as I have a Mac, and nobody seems to make programs for it (yet)...
