Was this from the exchange? If so, needed things are not always idedentified and listed and you often get things as a part of the download that you did not expect, and it can putz up your game. That has been my experience, anyway. In any case, I don't have any more ideas, sorry.

Dec have you tryed redownloading, the file maybe your download was corrupetd druing the downloading process?
