Basegame Skintones and hair showing up glitchy in game

Hello everyone and anyone reading this, I noticed this issue about a week ago. All of the Maxis made sims hair shows up with code numbers instead of the hair color, while their skin is glitchy and black. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, is their way I can fix this ASAP?!?!?!
