Head sphere trouble

Hi!! I don't know where this topic could be located so I posted here. If this topic doesn't belong here please moved to the right place.

I'm not the creator of the item.

The trouble I experimented is that I downloaded the mesh and the item but when I play the game the head is blue, I just see the mesh.
I asked at the topic I refeered but no one anwser me so I wonder if anyone could help me to fix the problem.

Sometimes, accessories will flash blue. There's a permanent fix for it, but I'm not sure where the tutorial for that can be found. In the meantime, you can do a temp fix by going to the mirror, selecting "Change Appearance" and then exit without changing anything.

There was a tutorial on Mod The Sims, it often showed up in the announcements on the top bar but now I cant locate it so I´ll go and search for it and as soon as I find it, I´ll post the link!

Quite a simple explanation and pictures. Seems pretty easy to fix but you will need SimPE.

I tried the tutorial, but the error is still in the game. I couldn't fix the problem.  :confused:
If anyone could find another solution it'd be great.  :-\
