Jamie Johnston Sim!

I'd like if someone could make me a sim of Jamie Johnston.
He's an actor and played Peter in the show Degrassi, if anyone cares lol.
Anyways I'd like for him to be a young adult sim.
These are the best photos I could find for what's required and I'd like for him to look how he does in the first picture, with the short hair and everything.

Also if it makes any difference I do have every expansion and stuff pack for the game.
