Change Last Name

Is it possible to change the last name of a sim. I had a guy marry a girl and took her lastname. They broke up and now he still has her last name. Can I change it and if so, how?

If you are like me and don't use SimPE , this will do the trick http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=289073 , you can change any sims first and/or last names easily and quickly in game , good luck!
