Grapics issue!

Graphics Glitch!
Whenever I use the sledgehammer to delete something, it leaves behind a bright spot like a little sunburst. Anyone have an idea of what would cause this? It's making me crazy!

Download an updated (for your latest patch) no mosaic mod.
