Hi i saw many cigarettes for sims in the net, but never big cigar´s. Long brown or short havannas, for men/women. Is there anyone, who like to built one?

I couldn't find an actual cigar, but I found a cigar recolour using Rose's cigarette mesh here.

I know it might not be exactly what you're looking for, but I figure close is better than not at all. :)
