baby clothes change

Sorry if this question already exists, but unfortunately I found nothing on this topic
here is my question:

there are clothes for babies
how can I change the clothes I've seen in a video which you can change would be very grateful for any help

Please don't add pointless polls.

Babyclothes can't be changed ingame unless you use a skintone changer. They might screw up genetics and such in your game, so be careful with those.

You can use default replacement clothes (and you can use one outfit for each gender IF you use the special girl only files)but these have to be changed before you start your game, and can't be changed until you quit te game.
