Update toddler plantsim cure for Apartment Life?

There was a brief moment of joy when I found this mod only for it to be dashed a moment later when I read the comments and discovered it was incompatible with Apartment Life. The creator no longer creates for TS2, so would anyone be able to update this? I have everything except the Store edition.
