Another modern family home. this lot requires all ep's and sp's apart from 70's, 80's & 90's sp as i still don't have it ( and not likely to get it) one bedroom i have left empty so you can furnish it as you please. some simmers like to add a nursery or a child or teens room so that's why i left it empty.   this lot has
