Tickle bug? *solved, outdated mod causing issues*

I have a family, and there's two kids. Whenever they try to tickle, the action cancels.  :-\ They can't tickle their friends, either. I'm not sure what's causing it. Please help and thank you!

Have you tried removing your hacks/mods and seeing if that fixes it? It could be conflict.

Edit: I found out it was one of Chris Hatch's mods conflicting with something (not entirely sure what it was) but the issue has resolved itself. I think the mod may've been outdated.
