Not sure, but probably the same thing that happened to MATY.

I think it will be back up in a few days.  I was curios about Sims Cave as well.  MATY seems to be working but I rarely download from there.  I don't use that many objects from the booty either.  Google is truly amazing when it comes to finding things that are "rare"  but I like SC I actually just like going there.  I have few sites that I am very fond of and that's one of them.
