Clothing/Mesh Request (Teen & Adult) Maternity for TS2

Hello, I have a clothing/mesh request for teen and adult guys. Can something like the sketch below be possibly made as maternity wear for both adults and teens? I was thinking it could be everyday/pajama's/and possibly athletic? (I have the mods installed that will let the sims wear anything during pregnancy). Thanks in advance if someone attempts & makes this! 2fanku
