Luxury house

I'm looking for someone to make me a modern luxury house for my sim~

Also for the second floor (unforuntaly my photoshop stopped working now so couldn't edit) i'd like the white plain area to be a big gym and then where you see the open plan dining and kitchen area, can they be two separate rooms; the dining room should be the office room and the kitchen part can be kept empty.
