Floating nightclub for Isla Paradiso?

I've seen a great one on the exchange called the "party barge" but I was wondering if anyone knew of a Sims 3 non-exchange nightclub on a boat/barge?   

Reminds me of an rl club I used to go to back in the day.  Thanks for the info in advance.
