I've never requested anything in my life, and I understand that many creators absolutely despise creating sims, but at this point I'm desperate (plus I'm absolutely trash at making just about anything and everything) I've searched all over the internet and the only WONDERFUL sim I ever found of this man was for the Sims 3 (super excited until I saw he had leg hair [that's when I knew :( ])

I was PMing with someone who might be willing to create him, and I just joined a :-[ pay site :-[ that has TOP's hair called raonsims.

The hair is from Raonsims . com but that might be unnecessary. http://trappingit.livejournal.com/97158.html and http://www.digitalperversion.net/gardenofshadows/index.php?topic=29482.msg671515#msg671515 have provided the appropriate hair. Raonsim's hair is actually just the blue recolor.
