It would help if we could see at least a little of the site before signing up. Right now the link shows just a big blue screen with "guests must log in". Capturing interest (downloads, pictures or other things...) is alpha omega in site-making.

It helps if you have something of your own to show. There are plenty of sites where people can get help with WCIFs and post their pictures/downloads/videos, so making yet another site that offers the same without you putting up things too is kinda pointless. There has to be a good reason for people to sign up.
It will be slow in the start, but once you have some interesting downloads or other things people will start signing up.
